Property Deals is a real estate platform that facilitates property listings, discovery, inquiries, and related services within Ghana. We act as a technology and information platform and do not directly own, sell, or lease properties unless expressly stated.
To use Property Deals, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting inquiries
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, and current information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to use Property Deals only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with platform security or functionality
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Property listings are provided by property owners, agents, or developers. While we strive to ensure accuracy:
Property Deals does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listings
Prices, availability, and details may change without notice
Users are encouraged to conduct independent verification before entering transactions
Property Deals shall not be liable for disputes arising from property transactions.
Some services may require fees, which will be clearly communicated before use. Property Deals is not responsible for payment arrangements made directly between users, agents, or property owners unless expressly stated.
All content on Property Deals, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Property Deals or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Ghana.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Property Deals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
Property transactions are conducted at your own risk
You agree to indemnify and hold Property Deals harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Property Deals at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
Property Deals may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
